Share genuine experiences that help other people understand a place, service, or photograph.

Write from real experience
Describe what you personally experienced. Include useful context such as the location, approximate date, type of service, accessibility, transportation, or conditions that affected the visit.
Be respectful and specific
Explain what happened without insults or attacks. Criticism is welcome when it is factual and useful. Do not post threats, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or sexually explicit material.
Protect privacy
Do not publish private telephone numbers, home addresses, financial information, identification numbers, medical details, or information about children. Avoid naming private individuals unless it is necessary and appropriate to reviewing a public-facing service.
No manipulation or spam
Do not submit fake reviews, repeated promotional messages, undisclosed paid endorsements, irrelevant links, or reviews intended only to damage or artificially improve a rating.
Photographs
Only upload photographs you created or have permission to share. Avoid images that expose private information or place someone at risk.
Moderation
Reviews may be held for approval. We may decline or remove submissions that violate these standards, create a legal or safety concern, duplicate another review, or do not relate to the page. A rating should reflect the experience described in the written review.
Report a concern
Use the Contact page to report a review or request correction. Include the page, photograph, or review involved and explain the concern.
